Does your company pay ICMS? Did you know that part of it can support a social cause?

Account Manager

Every month, companies issue invoices, calculate their taxes, and pay ICMS — the Tax on the Circulation of Goods and Services — but what few people know is that part of this amount can be used to support cultural and social projects with a direct impact on your community!

Address

Yes, that's right: what you already pay in taxes can be transformed into opportunities, inclusion, culture, and social transformation — at no additional cost to your company.

How does this work?

Why is this so important?

Your company could be part of solution

The PROAC ICMS is a program of the Government of the State of São Paulo that allows companies to contribute up to 3% of the ICMS (Value Added Tax) owed to cultural projects approved by the Secretariat of Culture.

This resource, which would normally be collected by the State, is directly redirected to initiatives with a real impact on society — many of them aimed at the inclusion of children and adolescents, the strengthening of communities, and the promotion of local culture.

Because there are serious projects, committed to urgent social causes, that depend on this type of support to happen.

Because culture is also a tool for transformation — and can be used to prevent violence, create bonds, and offer new paths.

Supporting through PROAC is simple. It requires no extra investment, does not interfere with the company's operation, and strengthens the institutional image by demonstrating social responsibility in a concrete way.

Imagine seeing your company's name linked to a project that transforms the lives of young people, trains new talents, or restores the self-esteem of entire communities. Now imagine this being done with a value that you would already allocate to taxes.
