To support our work and strengthen those who care
We work with the five conceptual pillars of the Espiral Method, which guide all our practices, projects, and training.
The Espiral Method was born from the need to activate protective factors, expand internal resources, and cultivate a new way of looking at individual and collective commitment in the prevention of violence. It fosters more secure bonds, more responsible decisions, and care experiences that transform realities.
It is this sensitive, responsible, and deeply committed way of working with protection that guides every meeting, every project, and every course at Núcleo Espiral.
The five pillars that make up the Espiral Method are:
Resilience
Strengthen your internal resources to face violence, transforming challenges and pain into learning and strength.
Experience
Learn by doing, reflecting on your own experiences and expanding self-knowledge and awareness.
Body
Integrate body and mind in the present moment, regaining presence, strength, and personal support.
Group
Practice boundaries, rules, empathy, and collaboration with others, strengthening bonds and socialization.
Symbol
Explore the meaning of each experience, with a Jungian symbolic dimension that transforms actions into experiences of acceptance.
